Shipping & returns
What guarantee do you offer?
Parasolune parasols and wash lines include a one-year warranty on all items. Canvas wear from normal outdoor use is not covered — contact us if you need a re-cover quote.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 5–10 working days across South Africa. Larger parasols and made-to-order items may take longer — we will confirm lead time when you order or contact us.
How much is shipping? Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Africa. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your province: Western Cape is free; other provinces are a flat R350. Orders of 6 or more items are quoted separately; we will confirm before dispatch.
How does delivery work?
Parasols and wash lines are packed for delivery with The Courier Guy. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. For bulk or trade orders, contact us to arrange delivery.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships we email a tracking link from The Courier Guy. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within two working days of your shipping confirmation.
Do you offer returns?
Custom canvas colours and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging — contact us before sending anything back.

Where do Parasolune products come from?
Parasolune is a distributor of premium parasols, wash lines and outdoor shade from leading manufacturers. Products are supplied to homes, hospitality and trade across South Africa, with order support and fulfilment from Somerset West.
What canvas colours are available?
Parasols are available in a wide range of Viking 300 canvas colours — Ecru, Beige, Navy, Bottle Green, Coke Red and more. Select your colour on each product page, or see the full chart on our parasols collection.
Do I need a parasol base?
Centre-pole parasols require a suitable base (sold separately). Our 2.9m hexagonal cantilever parasol includes concrete base wedges. See our umbrella bases page or ask us for a sizing recommendation.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — buy 2 save 10%, 3 save 15%, 4 save 18% on qualifying parasol orders (applied automatically at checkout). For hospitality, estate or trade quantities, contact us for a quote.
